This was by far the best real estate buying/selling experience I have ever had. I was close to signing a contract with a FSBO company but after speaking with Mike, he was able to show me how big of a mistake that would have been. Instead of holding a big fake check and pretending like I saved money on commissions, Mike was able to put more money in my pocket than I could have on my own AND he did all the work.
